Tuoni of Norristown as the man who was electrocuted in an apparent attempt to steal copper wiring from a 4,100-volt electrical junction box on the front lawn of Kennedy Supplee Mansion in Valley Forge Park Saturday morning.Tuoni was discovered by police shortly after 4 a.
