After 28 events since October 2010, the Positively Pottstown Happy Hour is taking a break! These mostly-monthly gatherings showcased local businesses, arts organizations, bakers, restaurants, and caterers and brought people together for networking. I have a feeling it won't be too long before we're all getting together again... in the meantime, be well and buy local!
It could well have been the early 80's, when Rock and Roll Hall of Famers "Rush" routinely played multiple sellout shows at the now demolished Spectrum in South Philly. Tailgating fans filled the parking lots, car stereos blasted classic Rush songs, and the scent of beer, contraband and food filled the air.
