After 28 events since October 2010, the Positively Pottstown Happy Hour is taking a break! These mostly-monthly gatherings showcased local businesses, arts organizations, bakers, restaurants, and caterers and brought people together for networking. I have a feeling it won't be too long before we're all getting together again... in the meantime, be well and buy local!

There's a refreshing unpretentiousness about "The Expendables 3" (2014, Lionsgate, PG-13, $30) that makes it hard to resist. Adding to the film's appeal is the willingness of star/co-screenwriter Sylvester Stallone to allow series newbies Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson, Wesley Snipes and Antonio Banderas to steal every scene they're in.
