Director – Taylor Darden

Smart, witty, sexy, and inventive, Accomplice begins as a conventional thriller set in an English country house, but keeps the audience guessing at every turn. An unscrupulous wife and her lover plan to murder her stuffy husband. Or so it seems … But who is really the next victim, and who is planning their demise? And which person is the “Accomplice”? The Accomplice cast features Paul Dake (last seen as Van Helsing in Steel River’s Dracula), Steel River “regular” Andrea Frassoni (the hilarious Aunt Gert in Lost in Yonkers, Elizabeth Proctor in The Crucible,Mother in A Christmas Story, and Carrie Berniers in Toys in the Attic), Shawneen Rowe (Bella in Lost in Yonkers), and Anthony Marsala (Mike in Wait Until Dark). The hilarious and irrepressibly charming story of everyone’s favorite ogre. In a faraway kingdom turned upside down, things get ugly when an unseemly ogre – not a handsome prince – shows up to rescue a feisty princess. Add a donkey who won’t stop talking, a vertically challenged bad guy with a “short” temper, a cookie with an attitude, and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you’ve got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there’s one on hand – Shrek!
